Account & Registration

You need a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter). For corporate accounts, additional documents like company registration and director ID are required.

Standard verification takes 1-2 business days. However, with our AI-powered verification system, most accounts are verified within 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved and ready for trading.

Yes, you can open multiple accounts with different base currencies (USD, EUR, GBP). This is useful for diversifying your trading strategies. Each account will have its own login credentials and can be managed from a single Client Portal.

Demo accounts use virtual funds ($100,000) for practice trading with real market conditions. Live accounts use real money. We recommend starting with a demo account to familiarize yourself with the platform before trading live.

Deposits & Withdrawals

We accept bank wire transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and e-wallets including Skrill, Neteller, and PayPal. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) are also available for select regions.

MCM does not charge deposit fees. For withdrawals, bank wires may incur a $25 fee for amounts under $500. E-wallet withdrawals are free. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees.

E-wallets: 24 hours. Credit/Debit cards: 3-5 business days. Bank wire transfers: 3-7 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank and location. Withdrawals requested before 2PM GMT are processed same-day.

Common reasons include: insufficient funds, unverified account, withdrawal method different from deposit method, or pending bonus requirements. Contact support with your account number for specific details about your withdrawal.

Trading & Orders

Leverage allows you to control larger positions with less capital. For example, 1:100 leverage means $1,000 controls $100,000. While leverage amplifies profits, it also magnifies losses. MCM offers up to 1:500 for Forex, 1:200 for Indices, and 1:100 for Commodities.

The spread is the difference between the buy (ask) and sell (bid) price. It's measured in pips. For example, if EUR/USD bid is 1.1000 and ask is 1.1002, the spread is 2 pips. Standard accounts have spreads from 1.2 pips; ECN accounts from 0.0 pips plus commission.

Swap fees are charged when positions are held overnight (past 5PM EST). They can be positive or negative depending on the interest rate differential between currencies. Swap-free (Islamic) accounts are available upon request.

Margin call occurs at 100% margin level - you'll receive a warning notification. At 50% margin level (stop-out), positions are automatically closed starting with the largest losing position to protect your account from negative balance.

Yes, but be aware of increased volatility and potential spread widening during major news releases (NFP, FOMC, ECB decisions). We recommend using pending orders with stop-losses and reducing position sizes during high-impact events.

MetaTrader 5 Platform

Visit our Platforms page and click "Download MT5" for your operating system (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android). Run the installer, follow the prompts, then use your account credentials to log in. Select "MCM-Live" or "MCM-Demo" server based on your account type.

This usually means incorrect login credentials or wrong server selection. Double-check your account number, password, and ensure you've selected the correct server (Live or Demo). If issues persist, reset your MT5 password from the Client Portal.

Copy the EA file (.ex5) to the MT5 Experts folder (File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts). Restart MT5, enable "AutoTrading" button, drag the EA onto a chart, and configure settings. Ensure "Allow algorithmic trading" is enabled in Tools → Options → Expert Advisors.

Yes, you can install MT5 on unlimited devices and log in with the same account. Your trades, pending orders, and history sync automatically. Mobile apps (iOS/Android) allow trading on the go with full functionality.

Client funds are held in segregated accounts at tier-1 banks, separate from company operating funds. We maintain professional indemnity insurance and negative balance protection ensures you can never lose more than your deposited amount.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission. Your information is stored on secure servers with multi-factor authentication. We comply with GDPR and never share personal data with third parties without consent.

Log into Client Portal → Security Settings → Enable 2FA. Download an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Authy), scan the QR code, and enter the 6-digit code to activate. You'll need this code for future logins.
